General Policy All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order, including weekends and public holidays.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: customized or personalized products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content that has been accessed.
